Qualification

Junior Statistical Officer: -

Bachelor's degree in Any Stream / Subject with 60 marks in Mathematics at 10+2 Inter Level OR bachelor's degree in Any Subject with Statistics as One the Subject in Degree level.

Statistical Investigator Grade-II: -

  1. Bachelor's degree in Any Subject with Statistics as One of the Subjects.

Research Assistant Post in National Human Rights Commission (NHRC): -

  1. Bachelor's degree in Any Stream from Any other in India a Recognized University.

Short Description

Selection Processors: -


1. Level exam:


Mode: Computer -Based Test

Covered subjects:

  1. Intelligence and general reasoning
  2. General awareness
  3. Quantitative aptitude
  4. English understanding

Number of questions: 100 (25 questions per subject)

Total Numbers: 200 (2 points per question)

Exam Duration: 60 minutes

Negative marking: 0.50 deduced number for each incorrect response

The level 1 exam serves as a preliminary detection test. The candidates who score above the specified cutting numbers are eligible to appear for level 2 exam.


2. Level exam: -


Mode: Computer -Based Test

Documents and subjects:

Paper-I (mandatory for all publications):

  1. Mathematical skills
  2. Reasoning and general intelligence
  3. English language and understanding
  4. General awareness
  5. Computer knowledge

Document-II: Statistics (for candidates requesting the position of Junior Statistical Officer)

Document-III: General Studies (Finance and Economics) (for candidates requesting publications of Assistant Audit Officer/Account Official Assistants)

Negative marking:

1 DEDUCED BRAND FOR EACH INCORRECT RESPONSE IN SECTIONS I, II AND THE MODULE-I OF SECTION III OF PAPER-I

0.50 number deducted by each incorrect response in Paper-II and Paper-III

The level 2 exam evaluates the competence of the candidates on specific issues relevant to the positions they have requested.


3. Document verification (DV):

  1. The candidates who qualify in the level 2 exam are called for the verification of documents. This stage implies the verification of educational qualifications, age, category and other relevant documents to confirm the eligibility of the candidate for the respective positions.


Final selection:

  1. The final merit list is prepared according to the cumulative performance of the candidates in level 1 and level 2. The assignment of positions.
