Male: -

Should be able to lift and carry 35 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down

Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.

Female: -

Should be able to lift and carry 20 Kg of weight for a distance of 100 meters in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.

Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 meters in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.

How to Apply online: -

Step 4: Fill in the Application Form: Log in with your registration details and complete the application form with personal, educational, and other required details.

Step 5: Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photograph, signature, and other necessary documents as specified in the official notification.

Step 6: Pay Application Fee: Pay the application fee online by net banking, credit/debit card, or other available methods. The fee structure depends by category; for example, General category male candidates are required to pay Rs. 500, while SC/ST candidates pay Rs. 250.

Step 7: Submit and Print Application: After reviewing all entered information, submit the application and print a copy for your further process.
